Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Policy

Activities outlines in Schedule VII of the Companies Act 2013 under the following broad elements:


- Economic
- Environmental
- Ethical
- Philanthropic

This company is to focus on (I, ii, iii) of the items enumerated in the above said Schedule as noted below:


(i) Eradicating hunger, poverty and malnutrition; Promoting health care and sanitation.
(ii) Promoting education, including special education and vocational skills among children and the differently abled.
(iii) Promoting gender equality, empowering women; Setting up of homes/hostels for women and orphans and setting up of old age homes etc., for senior citizens.

As such, the company’s sustainable strategy would focus on topics from the economic, social and environmental spheres and action plans are to be created based on them.


Thus the company follows a holistic approach towards the betterment of the needy and vulnerable segments of the population including poor women, orphans and senior citizens and contemplates the delivery of CSR funds to that segment.
